If you are new to e-commerce or transitioning from a different platform, they are right their to help you achieve your goals. Their platform's usability is incredible and appeals to everyone. We were able to have our store live within the first week of joining BigCommerce. Since then, we have had several revisions as we work to customize our store front. In addition to the platform, their development and support environments are superb. They are right their if problems exist and are always willing to help through their support ticket system, the BigCommerce community, Facebook, and Twitter. Most of the issues we encountered were already answered within their community site and those that weren't were resolved quickly using the support ticket system.
